Michael Williams holds master degrees in both music (vocal performance) and lighting design. Upon completion of his MFA, Michael worked as master electrician and resident lighting designer at the St. Louis Black Repertory Company. He came to the Krannert Center by way of Cornell University's Center for Theatre Arts where he was master electrician and also designed lighting for their theatre and dance productions.
